The client portal your clients never have to log into.

Client Atrium gives every client a private workspace under your agency’s brand. They reply to your normal emails and the replies land in the right thread. When you’re waiting on someone, it tracks the wait and sends a polite reminder after 48 quiet hours.

14 days free. No credit card. Built by a working agency.

Every agency runs into the same two problems with client portals.

The first is that clients will not log in. You buy the portal, set up the workspaces, send the invites, and three weeks later your clients are still replying to email like they always have. Nobody was wrong. Email is just where they live.

The second is the bill. Most client tools charge you for every client you add, so the software punishes you for growing. Fifty clients should be good news, not a pricing tier.

Client Atrium was built around both problems. Email is not a workaround here, it is the front door. And the price never changes when you add a client.

How it works

Here is the whole thing in three steps.

1

Give each client a workspace under your brand.

Your logo and your colors on every plan, and on the Agency plan even the web address and the email sender are yours. When Dana from Reyes Family Dental opens her workspace, she sees your agency’s name on the door, not ours.

Their logo, their colors, their domain. Our name appears nowhere.

2

They reply to your email. It lands in the thread.

Every notification a client gets is a normal email from your agency. When they hit reply, the reply posts to the right thread in the portal, attachments included. No account, no password, nothing for them to learn.

Looks great. One thing: can we make the phone number bigger in the header? Photo of our storefront attached.

Landed in the thread, and the waiting status cleared itself.

Mark what you are waiting on. The reminder sends itself.

Mark a thread as waiting on the client and it joins one list across every client you have, so you always know who you are waiting on. If a client stays quiet for 48 hours, a polite reminder goes out under your agency’s name. The moment they answer, it clears.

This is the feature that pays for the product. Waiting on clients costs an agency more margin than anything else, and this list finally makes it visible.

Clears itself the moment the client replies

The rest of what it does.

Five more pieces: e-signatures, files that stay with their client, project stages, optional AI helpers, and your branding on everything. None of them needs a training session.

E-signatures are built in

Send a contract, place the signature fields, set the signing order. Every certificate carries the document's cryptographic fingerprint, and for most agreements it replaces your DocuSign bill.

Files stay with the client

Every file lives in the workspace it belongs to, in folders you both can see. No more digging through email attachments to find the logo they sent in March.

Projects clients can follow

Projects move through stages a business owner actually understands, with one clear approve-or-request-changes step. Delivered work files itself into a searchable history.

AI helpers, off by default

The Agency plan adds helpers that draft replies and summarize long threads. Every one ships turned off, you enable the ones you want, and nothing sends without your edit.

White-label on every plan

Custom branding is not an upsell. Your logo and colors from the first dollar, and your own domain and sending address on the Agency plan.

You pay for your team, never for your client list.

Plans are $99, $249, and $449 a month, based on how many seats your team needs. Clients are unlimited on every plan, so bringing your whole book over costs nothing extra.

From the founder

Why this exists.

I run RMH Websites, a small web agency. I built Client Atrium because my clients would not log into anything, and every portal I tried billed me per client for the privilege of being ignored. So this one runs on email, and it runs my agency every day.

The longer story is on the about page. If you have a question, email me at hello@clientatrium.com and I will answer it myself.

Questions you probably have.

What if my clients refuse to log in?

They never have to. Replies to your normal emails land in the portal thread, attachments included. The portal is there when they want it, and nothing breaks when they ignore it.

Do you charge per client?

No. Plans are priced by your team's seats. Clients, client users, and client workspaces are unlimited on every plan, and that is permanent, not a launch promotion.

Can it look like my company instead of yours?

Yes, on every plan. Your logo and your colors everywhere your clients look, and on the Agency plan your own domain and sending address. Your clients will not see our name.

Are the e-signatures legally valid?

Signatures follow the ESIGN and UETA model: disclosure and consent are captured before signing, every step lands in a tamper-evident audit trail, and the certificate carries the document's cryptographic fingerprint.

What happens to my data if I cancel, or if you disappear?

Everything you store exports in readable formats: threads as transcripts, files in their folders, signed PDFs with certificates. And our terms commit us to source escrow, so if Client Atrium ever shuts down, customers receive a self-hostable build.

Is the AI stuff optional?

Yes. Every AI helper ships turned off. You enable the ones you want, drafts wait for your edit before anything sends, and you can keep any client's threads out of AI entirely.

Something else on your mind? Email hello@clientatrium.com and you will get an answer from the person who built it.

Try it with one client this week.

Set up a workspace, move one active project into it, and see if the chasing stops. If it does not earn its keep in two weeks, walk away and take your export with you.
