Features/Messages

Every conversation, attached to the work.

Threads belong to a client workspace, so context never scatters. Clients who live in email can stay there: every notification is a normal email from your agency, and a reply posts straight into the right thread.

Approving now. One note: can the phone number in the header be bigger?

Dana gets this as a normal email from Meridian Design. Her reply posts back into this thread.

How it works

The mechanics, plainly.

01

Threads belong to the client

Every thread lives inside a client workspace. Open the client and the whole record is there: what was asked, what was decided, what was sent. Nothing floats free in a general inbox, and nothing depends on someone remembering to file it.

02

Notifications are normal email

When something happens in a thread, the client gets a plain email from your agency. There is no app to install and no new habit to learn. A client who never signs in still sees everything that needs them.

03

Replies come back to the thread

The client hits reply on that email, and the reply posts into the right thread, attachments included. Anything they attach files itself into the client's folders at the same time, so the file exists where both sides will look for it later.

04

The history stays searchable

The full message history is searchable, back to the first message. When a question comes up months later, the answer is a search away, not a dig through three inboxes.

Tied to a workspace

Every thread belongs to a client workspace, so nothing floats free.

Attachments file themselves

Anything attached in a thread lands in the client's folders on its own.

Searchable history

The full history stays searchable, back to the first message.

Works with

Common questions

Do clients have to sign in to reply?

No. Every notification is a normal email from your agency, and replying to it posts into the right thread, attachments included. Signing in is there when a client wants the full picture, not a requirement for answering you.

What happens to attachments clients send by email?

They land in the thread with the reply, and they file themselves into the client's folders at the same time. Nobody has to move anything.

Does AI read our threads?

Only if you turn it on. Thread summaries are one of the AI features, and every AI feature ships off. You can also exclude any client from AI entirely.

Try it with one client this week.

Move one project in and see. If it doesn't help within two weeks, walk away with your export.
