About
Built inside a working agency.
I’m Ryan. I run RMH Websites, a small web agency. Client Atrium started as the tool I built for my own clients.
My client work was scattered across six tools. Feedback in email, files in Drive, contracts in DocuSign, status updates in texts. Every handoff dropped something, and the portals I tried charged me per client.
So I built one workspace per client that holds everything: messages, projects, files, approvals, and signatures, under my brand.
My agency has run on it every day since. What’s shown on this site is the real product with the names changed.
Now I’m opening it to other agencies, one at a time, and helping each one move in. There’s no big team behind this. There’s me, an agency that depends on it, and a product that improves weekly because I hit the rough edges first.
Sound like your agency? Try it with one client. Questions go to the hello@ inbox, and I answer them myself.

What the product believes.
One place, or it doesn't count.
Messages, files, approvals, and signatures belong together. Anything outside the workspace gets dropped.
Your brand, not ours.
White-label on every plan. Your domain on Agency. Our name nowhere your clients look.
Price the team, not the client list.
Unlimited clients on every plan, permanently.
Archive, never delete.
Destructive actions archive. Real deletion is deliberate.
AI is opt-in, per switch.
Every feature ships off. Drafts wait for your edit.
Leaving must be easy.
Full export in readable formats, and source escrow in the terms.
Try it with one client this week.
Move one project in and see. If it doesn't help within two weeks, walk away with your export.
