You are here because an agency you work with uses Client Atrium.

Client Atrium is the software behind the client portal your agency gave you. Your agency runs that portal and decides what goes in it. We keep the software running underneath. This page explains the rest, including where to go with a question.

What the software is

Client Atrium is a client portal. Agencies use it to keep everything they share with a client in one place: the back and forth, the files, the approvals, the contracts that get signed, and where a project stands. You get an account inside your agency’s portal so you can see and answer all of it without digging through email.

Our name may be the only unfamiliar thing on the screen. That is because the portal belongs to your agency. We wrote the software it runs on, and on the free plan a small “Powered by Client Atrium” mark appears, which is what brought you here. On that plan the portal’s notification emails come from our address too, so that may be where you first met the name.

Your agency controls it, not us

Your relationship is with the agency. They invited you, they decide what goes into your workspace, they decide who on their team has access, and they decide how long it is kept. If they close the workspace, that is their call to make, not ours.

In the language of privacy law, your agency is the controller of your workspace and we are a processor. We handle that content only to run the service, on the agency’s instructions as expressed through the settings and features they use. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train AI models.

What your agency can see, and what you can see

This part is worth being plain about, because a shared record is the whole point of a portal.

Your agency’s team sees your workspace

Messages you send there, files you upload, approvals you give, and documents you sign. That is the shared record of the work between you and them, and it is what makes the portal useful.

You see your workspace and nothing else

Your access is limited to the workspace you were invited to. Other clients of the same agency cannot open yours, and you cannot open theirs.

That boundary is enforced in the database itself rather than by hiding buttons on a screen, and we run an automated test before every release that tries to cross it.

How your data is handled

The database and file storage run on Supabase in the United States, and media is delivered over Bunny’s network in the European Union. Data is encrypted in transit and encrypted at rest by the storage layer.

If you sign a document in the portal, the signing session is recorded in a tamper-evident audit trail with timestamps, and the signed PDF carries a certificate so it stays checkable against that record later.

The full detail is on our security page, and the section of our privacy policy written specifically for people in your position is “If you are a client of an agency”.

Where to take a question

Two lanes, and picking the right one gets you an answer faster.

Your agency, first

Anything about your project, your invoice, a file, a contract, or your data: ask the agency. They control the workspace, and requests to see, correct, or delete what is in it go to them. We assist them, we do not decide.

Us, about the software

Something in the portal is broken, an email never arrived, or you want to know how we handle data. Write to hello@clientatrium.com. If you send us a request about your own data, we verify it, pass it to your agency, and help them answer.

A real person reads that address. If you are not sure which lane your question belongs in, send it and we will point you at the right one.

For agencies

Run an agency yourself?

The rest of this site is written for the other side of the portal. Short version: Client Atrium is where a small agency keeps everything it shares with a client, under its own brand.

One workspace per client

Messages, files, approvals, signatures, and project stages in one place instead of five.

Signatures built in

Send a contract for signature from the workspace, with an audit trail and a certificate. No second subscription.

It carries your brand

Paid plans put your logo and colors on the portal. Your own domain and sending address are part of the Agency plan.

Priced by seat, not by client

Paid plans have unlimited clients. There is a free plan if you want to try it with one project first.
