Referrals

Agencies tell other agencies. That is most of how this grows.

We do not buy ads. What we can do is pay attention to the people who send other agencies our way.

The offer.

When an agency you refer starts a paid plan, both agencies get two months of credit. Two months for them, two months for you, each at the price of your own plan.

It is account credit against your next invoices, not cash and not a refund. It cannot be cashed out, and it does not expire while your account is open.

No cap on how many agencies you can refer. Five referrals is ten months of credit. We are not going to write a rule that punishes the person who told the most people.

How it works

Your link is your workspace slug. Nothing else to set up.

Add ?ref=your-slug to the signup URL and send it. The code survives the confirmation email and attaches when their workspace is created, so a referral made today still counts when they decide next month. If you are not sure of your slug, email us and we will tell you.

1.Send them your link

Your link is clientatrium.com/sign-up?ref= followed by your workspace slug. Send it however you normally would: a message, a call, an email.

2.They sign up and start a plan

The code rides along through signup and email confirmation and attaches to their new workspace. Nothing for either of you to remember later.

3.Both accounts get credited

The moment they start a paid plan, two months of credit lands on their account and two months on yours, automatically, and we email you both so you never find it on an invoice by surprise.

Something look wrong, or an agency you sent did not get counted? Email hello@clientatrium.com and a person will sort it out.

Why we do it this way.

There is no percentage-of-revenue affiliate program here, and there is not going to be one. Those attract people who farm links, and the credit ends up going to whoever is best at content marketing rather than to agencies actually using the product.

Credit on your own bill only has value if you are a customer. That is the point: the reward goes to the person who liked it enough to tell a peer.

Questions people ask.

Who qualifies as a referral?

An agency that is not already a Client Atrium customer and was not already talking to us. If we are mid-conversation with them when your email arrives, we will say so rather than quietly not counting it.

When does the credit land?

When the agency you referred starts a paid plan. The credit is applied automatically to both accounts and shows up against your next invoices, so it reads as months you are not billed for. We email both of you when it happens.

Does it apply to the free plan?

No. The referred agency has to start a paid plan for either credit to exist. A signup on the free plan does not count, and neither does a trial that ends without converting.

What if I am not on a paid plan yet?

You still earn it. Your credit is set at the plan your referral bought and waits on your account until you upgrade, so referring while you are on the free plan is never worth zero.

Is it cash?

No. It is account credit against future invoices, not a refund and not a payout. It cannot be cashed out.

What does not count?

Referring yourself, codes that do not match a real workspace, and accounts that have already been rewarded. Those are all refused quietly, so there is nothing to test.

Know an agency drowning in client email?

Send them your link. If they start a paid plan, two months of credit lands on both accounts automatically.
